What happens if I break a piece of my rod?

What happens if I break a piece of my rod?

As anglers we all dread the heart wrenching "snap" of a piece of our fly rods breaking. But if you fish much, it it likely something that you will hear at some point in your fly fishing career, no matter how careful you are.  Tailgates, fishing buddies, tree limbs, and pets are all enemies of that prized piece of equipment.  This is even more common if you are new to fly fishing.  Accidents happen.  Unfortunately, with most fly fishing brands this may mean the end of the rod all together.

We don't think of rods as 'disposable' and here at K&E Outfitters and felt that it was important to offer the option of being able to replace the broken rod section rather than the whole rod.  We usually have a limited number of rod pieces available for replacement.

These are brand new pieces that exactly match your rod construction and weight!

We ask that you carefully select the rod size and weight that matches the rod you own and the section that is broken.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.  After all, we have to keep you armed and ready for your next day on the water.
